Þjóðdansafélag Reykjavíkur hosts open activities where our members get the chance to learn and dance many varied folk dances. We are located in Álfabakki 14a. We encourage you to follow us on Facebook. The activities hosted in our venue are as follows:

Thursdays: Open dance evenings where both Icelandic and foreign dances are taught and danced. We start at 20:00. For those who want to get detailed instruction on the basic steps down in a beginner friendly way, we recommend coming at 19:00 where Atli Freyr Hjaltason will teach the basics.

No fee has been collected for participation in these classes.
